I am loving these combo workouts! This one is a doozy of a leg workout that I did a couple weeks ago. As always, push until you can’t, rest until you can’t. I’ve included “built-in” rest in between each circuit, but don’t just pace your way through the work segments until then…if you have to rest during the circuit, then you know you’re doing it right :-).
