I designed the Love Your Age program as a way to get in touch with the areas that are affected most once we hit 40: Nutrition, Exercise and Mindset.

Love Your Age helps you do just that with specific workouts, nutrition guides and mindset tools to help you create lasting, sustainable change.
The program is 6 weeks, but is self-paced and delivered entirely via email. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll be leaner, healthier and you’ll understand what has held you back in the past – and how to create lasting change for the future.
Here’s a breakdown of the 6 week course:
Module 1 – Nutrition – Weeks 1 & 2:
-Finding your unique metabolic formula
-Dealing with hormonal changes as you age
Module 2 – Exercise – Weeks 3 & 4:
-How to exercise to keep your hormones happy
-How stress affects the body
-The ins and outs of strength training
Module 3 – Mindset – 5 & 6:
-Learning how to be consistent in exercise and nutrition
-Learning how to change focus by using pattern interrupts
-Learning how to build new healthy habits
In addition to the above, you’ll receive:
- Workouts that specifically target women’s hormonal issues (with video demonstrations)
- Two different meal plans – one for general fat loss, and one specifically for those who are experiencing hormonal weight gain
