What is it?

This six week program was created to help women 40 and over to be the best versions of themselves – owning and embracing their age RIGHT NOW. It’s not about trying to be who we were in our 20’s and 30’s, but more about focusing on what’s great about us NOW, while addressing some of the specific challenges we face as we get a little older so that we can fully enjoy our lives at any age. This means being comfortable in your skin, and having the right nutrition, exercise and mindset tools to get there. You will receive workouts, nutrition  guidance and mindset education delivered via email and videos – but perhaps the BEST value of this program is the closed Facebook coaching group, where I will help you troubleshoot your nutrition, exercise and mindset issues on the fly.

Who is it for?

  • Someone who wishes to feel comfortable in her own body every day
  • Someone who is struggling with body changes despite doing “everything right”
  • Someone who wants to get the most out of their 40’s and beyond
  • Someone who wants to be the healthiest version of themselves
  • Someone who realizes change happens from the inside out
  • Someone who is ready for lasting, sustainable happiness – physically and mentally

Who is it not for?

  • Someone who is looking for a “quick fix” for weight loss. This program gives you tools to find your unique formula for your goals, but it is not a “quick fix”.
  • Someone who is only interested in outward, physical changes
  • Someone who doesn’t have the time to “do the work” involved. The program doesn’t involve too much time, but it does involve making time for the various physical and mental exercises…20 or so minutes several times per week.

How is the program delivered?

The six week #40isthew40 Love Your Age program is delivered through email, videos and via a closed Facebook coaching group. Upon purchase, you will automatically receive an email asking you to confirm your email address (SUPER IMPORTANT!). Once you confirm, your Welcome email will come immediately, and the first educational email will come on 10/19/15.

What we cover:

It’s a 3 module education:

1. Nutrition – finding your unique metabolic formula, ,specific challenges women over 40 face when it comes to fat loss, meal plan guidance, supplement recommendations

2. Exercise – how to exercise to keep your hormones happy and see results. You’ll get a workout schedule & videos to follow along with twice during the program (in the beginning, and halfway through)

3. Mindset – being consistent, embracing our age, forming new healthy habits, retraining our focus

What can you expect by the end of the program?

Women I have coached come out of the program with a grasp of what their specific metabolic formula is. They also learn how to work with their body instead of against it, and in the process become leaner, stronger and more in control of the changes that may be occurring. Their self-confidence, self-esteem and self-love increase dramatically, and they understand what it means to fully embrace their age.
