I’m traveling for work this week, and while my hotel has a pretty decent gym, sometimes I like to mix things up to break up the monotony. Enter the handy dandy jump rope. I love incorporating jump rope intervals into a routine – it’s something you can do anywhere and it can really get the heart rate up if done properly. It is also great for the core.
