Hill Sprints – Love to Hate ’em or Hate to Love ’em?
Ahhhh…there’s nothing I love more than sprints, especially incline/hill sprints. Talk about booty-burning, heart-pumping, endorphin-releasing deliciousness!! But sometimes I get a little, um, bored, especially when I’m doing sprints on the treadmill, so I like to break things up by doing some off-treadmill exercises.
I did this little Treadmill Combo Workout today, and was drenched in sweat afterward. It’s a good one. Give it a whirl, and let me know how it goes.
You’ll need a set of dumbbells close by, moderate to heavy. Also, adjust the speeds listed to your fitness level, but try to keep the incline the same.
